How a change should be recorded
A factual correction should identify the affected passage, explain the corrected information, and add a dated correction note to the article. A substantial change to a tool's behaviour should be described with the relevant release. Minor spelling and formatting fixes may be made without a separate correction entry.
When a report cannot be resolved from the available evidence, the limitation should remain visible. A disputed claim should not be replaced with a different unsupported claim.
Correction record
No substantive correction entries have been recorded in this release as of 16 October 2026. This does not assert that every statement is error-free. The current release expands the original guides and introduces the editorial standards; it is not presented as a history of independent review.
Read the editorial standards for how examples, sources and review dates are used.
